In a recent announcement, Microsoft confirmed that its widely-used 365 subscription service is grappling with technical issues, leading to noticeable disruptions for users globally. The tech giant acknowledged the problem early Thursday morning through a statement on its X account, indicating their team is actively investigating the difficulties affecting access to multiple Microsoft 365 services. Customers have been advised to refer to the MO888473 notice in the admin center to stay updated on progress and obtain more details on the outage.

This service disruption has been significantly noted by the Downdetector website, with reports from over 22,800 users experiencing access problems within the last 24 hours. Microsoft is working swiftly to resolve the issue and restore full functionality to its user base.
