Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorists broadcasted another menacing video Wednesday showing one of its drones hovering above an Israeli airbase — on the same day as hateful anti-Israel protesters in Washington, DC, called for the obliteration of the Jewish State.
The Lebanese militant group published the eight-minute video on Wednesday — when Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was addressing US Congress — showing its drone surveilling the Ramat David air base, about 30 miles into Israel.
The video pointed out apparent military infrastructure at the base, including aircraft shelters and ammunition warehouses, with the terrorists also claiming to spot the base’s commander, Col. Asaf Eshed.
The clip also appeared to taunt the IDF as it highlighted a short-range Iron Dome air defense system, which is meant to intercept rockets and drones flying toward Israel.
Along with footage from the airbase, the Hezbollah video includes nighttime shots over northern Israel, as well as other base and road surveillance clips taken from earlier this month.
Wednesday’s video is the third in a series of videos Hezbollah has published as a way to demonstrate how far its surveillance systems can infiltrate Israel.
The first video was published last month after a drone flew over the port city of Haifa and highlighted several Israeli military sites and residential cities that were tagged “highly populated.”
The video was followed up by a similar clip weeks later showing Israeli military sights along the Golan Heights.
The IDF has slammed the videos as Hezbollah propaganda, noting that the latest drone did not affect operations at the Ramat David base.
“The video released by Hezbollah was filmed by an unmanned aerial vehicle for photography purposes only,” the Israeli military added.
Officials, however, did not say whether they had been aware of the Hezbollah drone prior to the video being published.
Hezbollah has warned that it will release more footage in the future, including ones from drones that allegedly flew over the northern cities of Safed and Tiberias.
